Dell Inspiron Mini 12 runs slow with the Windows Vista. Now, Dell Inspiron Mini 12 netbook is finally available in Windows XP. This is much better option as Vista makes the mini-laptop drag in speed performance.
Features and equivalent prices are as follows:

- Windows XP - $549 (40GB HD/1GB RAM/3-cell battery)

- Windows XP - $599 (60GB HD/1GB RAM/6-cell battery)

Dell Inspiron Mini 12 is also available in Ubuntu Linux.
