New Gateway LT1001G netbook

Gateway is a popular laptop brand name. But I haven't heard anything about a Gateway netbook. But, finally, the company is launching a new Gateway LT1001G netbook in the market.
The Gateway mini laptop, will have these specs:

- 1.6GHz Intel Atom CPU
- 8.9 inch screen
- 1024 x 600 pixel display
- 1GB of RAM
- 160GB hard drive

The features are common to what you mostly get from other netbooks. The Gateway netbook's price in Singapore is $688. That is $458, equivalent US price.

Note: Acer owns Gateway. That could be the reason why the Gateway netbook looks like an ACER Aspire One.
