I was trying to lose weight by cutting my calories down to very very little and exercising. I was losing weight but my body fat percentage was going up, so the trainer said I was cutting too much protein and my body was storing fat because of that, so he suggested to drink whey protien. I have now been doing that for about a month and it is wonderful. I eat very little and I take a multivitimin, that alone makes me feel weak and too tired to work out, but if I drink a protein shake I have a ton of energy I can workout and feel wonderful. I have also lost 43 lbs as of this morning. I never feel hungry because with the milk, protein, and vitamins my body is getting what it needs. I love this stuff. If you have the will power to avoid food almost all together and exercise then this is a great weight loss program.

Uhhh, Protein shakes are MEAL SUPPLEMENTS,(take them with food!) NOT MEAL REPLACEMENTS. They all express this on the box or container. I must disagree with your recommendation to use this as a meal replacement. Too much protein will convert to fat! 2 scoops of this stuff is over 50gms of protein. The average male is required 50-60gm in a day!

50-60g a day?.... I was of the mindset that to gain muscle, you required 1g protein per lb of body mass..you should def check before stating facts

Okay, I'm trying to put ON weight, abd so this was purchased for me. It is one of the worst things I have ever tasted, and I would not recommend it unless the use of your taste buds was lose in a violent car accident.
