Nav9 Windows Tablet Now Available

Netbook Navigator now made the Nav9 Windows Tablet available for purchase. It has 8.9 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display and 1.66 GHz Intel Atom N450 processor.

The starting price for a tablet with 16GB of storage, 1GB of RAM and no operating system is $599. With Windows 7 Home Premium preloaded, the price goes up to $699.

We moved here a few months ago and I still haven’t been able to find a job. I did all the house stuff like going to http://www.cannonsatellite.com/and removing all the wallpaper (and painting on the walls) and now I’m bored so I’ve been spending a lot of time watching shows on TV during the day which makes me feel kind of lazy. There are tons of interesting wedding shows on which totally crack me up – it’s been years since I looked for a wedding dress and I love that I get to relive the whole experience through these 20-something brides. I don’t know what in the world I was thinking when I chose my huge taffeta number but there are some great dresses out there now that I would get if I could do it all over again. Oh well, you only know that kind of stuff when you’re looking back, right? At least I’ve got my wedding shows to keep me company and make me laugh!

Dell Streak 7 Unveiled

Dell unveiled the Dell Streak 7 tablet at the CES 2011 event. The 4G device will be on T-Mobile's HSPA+ network. There is no price mentioned yet, but the Streak 7 is set to be launched early this year.

The 7" touch screen tablet will run Android 2.2 (Froyo), has a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and has WiFi capabilities in addition to 4G. It comes standard with an SD card slot and 16 GB of memory, expandable to 32.

Motorola XOOM Tablet Announced

Motorola will soon released the Motorola XOOM tablet that will run on Verizon Wireless network.

Here are the specs:

* Dual-core processor (each running at 1GHz)
* 10.1″ screen (1280×800 resolution)
* 2MP front camera
* 5MP rear camera (records 720p HD video)
* Supports 1080p video playback
* HDMI out
* Built-in gyroscope, barometer, e-compass and accelerometer

The Motorola Xoom tablet will begin selling in the first quarter. Initially it will work with Verizon's 3G network and will be upgradeable so it can work on its new 4G network in the second quarter.
