I pre-ordered the MSI U210 12.1 inch screen netbook the day it became available for pre-order at Amazon. The MSI U210 12.1-inch cost me $430. I was thinking I was a bit lucky because the netbook was supposed to be shipped on September 16th, but mine came a week earlier.

Here are some of the details of MSI U210:

* Athlon Neo MV-40 1.6 GHz Chipset AMD RS690 + SB600
* 2GB 200-Pin DDR SO-DIMM RAM
* 250GB SATA Hard Drive, WLAN 802.11b/g/n, 1 x HDMI Port
* Windows Vista Home Premium
* Battery 6 cells (5200mAh) 5 hours (depending on usage and configuration)
* LCD Type 12.1" HD WXGA 16:9, LCD Resolution 1366x768, VGA, AMD Radeon X1250
* 3.2 pounds

I bought the white color and was not impressed, at first look, by the built. I think the Samsung NC10 (white) has a better exterior than the MSI U210.

The 12.1" screen was the feature that really attracted me to buy it. I have already tried the 8.9" netbooks, then the 10.1" netbooks, and I thought a much bigger screen will be better for blogging this time.

The keyboard is perfect. It is softer than my Lenovo S10e, and the location of the keys are not messed up.

Booting Windows Vista was fine, it was comparable to my Samsung NC10 Windows XP. The web cam seems to be having problems and I am still figuring out why it is not working.

I will write more later. For now, enjoy the pictures/photos below:

You can buy the MSI Wind U210 at Amazon Store.

Hey, thanks for the pictures. My friend has a similar notebook in pink. I really like the interior of the notebook. I love the keyboard! I can't imagine the white being so bad. It looks nice from the pictures :) Hope you figure out the webcam.

Yeah. I really really really like the keyboard!
